¶ Cargo and products on ONEtobeONE, for cleaning stations
This article describes how to manage different products in the context of cleaning stations.
ONEtobeONE comes preconfigured with a list of food and feed products, all other products need to be added manually.
The steps below will describe add, edit, and add new products, and how to automate the Cleaning Method selection.
¶ Viewing, editing and adding cargo
You can find the cargo view through the System -> Cargos
In the cargos view you can browse the cargos already on your account. To add a new cargo click "New" in the blue action bar. To edit an existing rate click the eye symbol on the leftmost side of the line.
¶ Adding and editing cargo

Fields 1, 3, 5, and a name in English are required. All other fields are optional, but we recommend filling as many as possible.
- Owner: This field is automatically populated. Change only if incorrect
- Product: Leave empty
- Base product: A categorization for the cargo, for internal use only.
- Choose Remaining chemical for all chemical cargo
- Type and Subtype according to ECD: These are used to populate the ECD field 6 "Nature of product"
- Station: Select all of your stations that accept this cargo
- Clicking the field opens a dropdown, where you can choose the station
- To add a second station click empty space on the same field.
- Approved: If ticked this cargo will be selectable on the Driver Kiosk and when creating a new order on ONEtobeONE
- Translations: The name of the product

- Fill in the name in the "English" field
- Translate selected items: The name is translated to all languages with a tick box next to them.
- You can change the translations if you notice an error
Synonyms:
Below the translations you can find "Synonyms" with a blue plus symbol next to it.
Clicking the plus allows you to add alternate names for the product, these can help drivers find their cargo on the Driver Kiosk
¶ Step 2. Cleaning methods, procedures, and automation
On the right side column, you can set rules for Cleaning Method recommendation for the product.

- Click the small blue + Symbol to add a cleaning method. Leave the procedure field and tick boxes blank.
- Choose which Cleaning Method is automatically recommended for the product with the dropdown on the right
- If you have a different Cleaning Method you use under specific conditions (Kosher, choice of a Cleaning Procedure you can enter it here.
You can repeat step 3. as many times as you like for each of your available programs and cleaning options, to make sure that the correct cleaning method is always recommended automatically.

A procedure can be added manually on an order, even if you have not created a cargo-specific rule. A procedure does not have to be used for any cargo.
All the remaining fields are optional and mostly used for chemicals. The most important ones are bolded in the list below. 
- Cleaning / Heating instructions: Instructions shown on the Cleaner tablet
- IDTF nr: International Database Transport (for) Feed identification number. Printed on ECD
- CAS number: The US standard format for chemical identification. Printed on ECD
- UN number: The United Nations chemical identifier number. This will be appended on the cargo name on menus and is searchable on the driver kiosk. Printed on ECD
- Pollution: Light / Medium / Heavy, for your internal use only. Will not be shown on documents.
- Precautions: Safety measures that should be taken when interacting with the container. These will be shown on the cleaner tablet and printed on ECD
- Odor: The smell of the product, for your internal use only
- Appearance: How the product looks, for your internal use
- MSDS document: You can upload the Material Safety Datasheet here if you have one. This document can be found under "documents" on cleaning orders with this product.
- MSDS expiry date: Date after which the document will no longer be used.
Just click Save on the blue action bar on the upper left side of the page. Unless you specifically removed the "Approved" tick box, the product is now available to be selected on cleaning orders.
