The Driver Kiosk is a simple interface for drivers to check in for pre-registered cleaning orders or to create an order at the time of arrival. The interface has been translated into 16 languages and has been designed to be easy to use on a touch screen, eliminating the need to provide a keyboard and mouse.
The Driver Kiosk interface can be found at onetobeone.com/sa-cleaning-home
This article is split into two sections
The Driver Kiosk is part of the ONEtobeONE platform and requires a logged-in user.
Please contact info@onetobeone.com if you need any help with setting up the Driver Kiosk
The Driver Kiosk requires a tablet or a computer connected to the internet. If using a PC we recommend the Iiyama ProLite T-series or the Asus VT-series touchscreen monitors.
For the best user experience, we recommend the device be set up on Kiosk mode so that the drivers can't accidentally exit out of the Driver Kiosk view

The driver will be taken through five steps when using the kiosk:
The view will default back to language selection if the driver clicks Cancel at any point or Confirm on the last screen.
The user can add new drivers, trucks and trailers, as well as edit the specifics of the trailer when creating an order.
Only carriers that you have added as a partner will be available to choose from in step 3.
Drivers can only enter cargo types on your account. If a driver is having difficulty finding his cargo there's three likely reasons.
You can edit all of these on the platform at System -> Cargo, and you can find a more detailed guide on Cargo management here
If the service is something you offer, you have to make it available for clients System -> Cleaning configuration -> Cleaning options for clients. A more detailed guide can be found here
Drivers can only choose companies you have added as a partner on Step 3 and the Cargo types you have added to our account.
