Work schedules are a way to automatically generate the availability of your employees when capacity planning.
A work schedule is exactly that, a schedule when an employee is available to be planned. You can create work schedules in [System -> Work schedules].
You can create new work schedules and edit existing ones at [System -> Work schedules] ONEtobeONE supports two kinds of schedules, a weekly calendar based one where an employee is present on specific days, and a sequence where an employee is available for a set number of days, then away for a set number of days
Weekly schedules are planned with a a calendar.
Below these fields you'll see a single line of days from monday to sunday.
Clicking a single day will allow you to create a shift, with a start time and an end time. Selecting night's rest follows allows you to save that the driver will take his legally mandated rest immediately afterwards.
You can create schedules of a single week, or multiple weeks. Below is an example of a driver with a somewhat irregular three week schedule
Sequences are a fast way to create schedules for employees with a predictable working rhythm.

Work schedules can be used to plan more efficiently. A worker with a schedule will generate capacity for hours corresponding to the schedule.
To assign a working schedule for an employee navigate to their profile through [system -> employees] and follow the steps below
You can take this chance to select them a startign location, and assign trucks or trailers they are associated with.
