¶ The Cleaner Tablet
The Cleaner Tablet is a paperless interface that removes the need for printed cleaning tickets.
With the Cleaning Tablet start, and end times are recorded automatically, and your cleaners can add information like photographs, extra time spent, and the quantity of remaining material on the Cleaning Order.

¶ Set-up
The Cleaner Tablet interface is designed to work on a touch screen. To start using the cleaner tablet you have to create a single user to be used as log-in credentials and invite all the cleaners of your station as employees.
The cleaner's name is printed on the ECD field 14 and is required to complete the cleaning order. Only employees saved as Operators will be available to be selected as the cleaner of an order.
- Click on My Account -> Invite others to invite a new employee
- Fill in the employee's email address
- If your cleaners do not have personal email addresses you can use a fake one, make sure each fake email address is unique and uses your company domain
- Fill all the fields in red
- Company: Select which of your locations the cleaner works at, if you have multiple
- First and Last Name: Printed on ECD field 14 and used to identify the user on the ONEtobeONE-platform
- Job Type: Select Operator
- Start page: Choose "PageDefinition.SA_PLATFORM_STATION_SELECT" if the cleaners account is also used to log in to the tablet
- Menu: Choose Cleaning
- Language: Language of the interface
- Time Zone: Change only if the default is incorrect
- Enable notifications: Remove the tick if you do not want any emails from ONEtobeONE to the cleaner's e-mail address
¶ Account
Using the tablet requires logging into the ONEtobeONE platform. All of your cleaners and tablets can share single login credentials.
My Account -> Invite others to invite a new employee
- Company: Choose the company you want to create this user for. Every company needs its own Cleaner Tablet user
- E-mail: E-mail address to be used as the login credentials any domain
- First/Last Name: Can be anything, for example, Cleaner Tablet
- Job Type: Other
- Start page: PageDefinition.SA_PLATFORM_STATION_SELECT
- Choosing this means that the Cleaner Tablet is shown after login
- Language: The display language of the Cleaner Tablet
- Enable notifications: If the user is only for a cleaner tablet, remove the tick
- Send invitation email: Leave a tick if you want the email address to be notified of account creation
- Privileges: If the user is just for Cleaner Tablet remove all except Transport and cleaning orders
¶ Device
- Open the browser and go to: https://onetobeone.com/sa-platform-stations
- Login using the credentials you just created
- The tablet is ready to use!

- Select station
- Select cleaning order
- shown in order of arrival
- Press Start on the bottom of the page
- Fill in fields
- Cleaner: you
- Extra used options: Ex. C01
- Seals: If not filled automatically
- Additional minutes: extra time this order took
- Comment: Information for station staff
- Select file: Files, opens camera on phones / tablets
¶ Find cleaning orders
The cleaner tablet view can be accessed at https://onetobeone.com/sa-platform-stations. Only the cleaning orders that have been both accepted by the station staff and have the driver marked as arrived will be shown on the tablet
- Login using the credentials you created at set-up
- You can find the username in your employees view.
- Choose which cleaning station orders you'd like to browse
- The station selection is saved
- All the available cleaning orders for the station are shown, listed from the first arrived driver to the last
- Client: Name of the company operating the truck
- Tank/trailer: License plate number of the container
- Signed in Time of arrival of the driver
- Reference: The client reference for the order
- Click the green OPEN to start the cleaning
¶ The cleaning order
All the details of a cleaning order are shown on the cleaning tablet.
The cleaner is shown which compartments need to be cleaned and the previous cargo on the topmost blue bar.
The specifics of the cargo can be configured on a per cargo basis. This includes
- The MSDS document
- Cleaning method
- Additional cleaning instructions
- Identification numbers
- Pollution class
- Hazards
- Precautions
- The symbols are shown automatically
- Odor and Appearance
The Cleaning options shown have been chosen by the client or station staff.

¶ Start and finish cleaning
- Click Start on the bottom of the cleaning order page
- This records the Start time on the [cleaning order]
- After the tank has been cleaned fill in the following fields
- Cleaner: Select yourself. This is printed on the ECD
- Extra used options: If this cleaning job required extra steps, detergents, or similar, enter all of them
- Price group: Not shown always, may be prefilled.
- Seals: Fill if the number of seals is missing or incorrect
- Additional minutes: Fill if the cleaning took longer than standard. These minutes can be invoiced
- Residue (Kg): Amount of leftover material. This can be invoiced
- Comment: Text field to communicate details to station staff, I.E. Reason for extra minutes/options
- Select file: Upload files to be included on the cleaning order. Opens a camera if using a tablet or smartphone
¶ Troubleshoot
¶ Cleaners name not found in the list
Only Employees with the job type Operator are selectable as a cleaner. You can read more about adding, and editing, employees in this article
¶ Cleaning order not found
- Try clicking tbe blue Other Station button. The order might be booked to a different station
- Check Cleaning -> List -> To Accept and To Complete
- If the order is listed on "To Accept" it has to be accepted by the station staff, before it appears on the tablets order list
- Try accessing the cleaner terminal with another user by accessing https://onetobeone.com/sa-platform-stations on another device
- If the cleaning orders show up, the account used for the cleaning tablet is most likely misconfigured
¶ I can't log in
- If the Cleaner Tablet has been created with an actual real email address, reset the password on the log-in page
- If the email-address used as the log-in credentials does not exist, contact us at info@onetobeone.com
¶ Precaution symbols are not shown on the Cleaner Tablet
Precautions are configured on a per Cargo basis on the "Precautions" dropdown.
¶ I cannot find my station on the stations list
The account used for the cleaner tablet is most likely invited as the employee of the wrong company. Please invite the same user to the company the stations are saved under.
