To open a transport order either click "Open" on the email notification you have received or go to www.onetobeone.com and navigate to Orders->List
And you are done! The client will now know you have seen and agreed to the order.
In many cases, it is mandatory to announce your arrival as well.
Announcing your arrival in advance ensures that the loading happens smoothly, with little waiting around. Your arrival may be refused if you have not announced yourself
An announcement informs the loading/unloading location of:
Book a time slot within the loading window. The window shown to you is when you can arrive on the location, the slot is the exact time when you plan to load/unload.
If you are requested to book a slot, you'll see a blue Slot button clicking it will allow you to book a time convenient for you.
Some locations make an automatic time slot reservation, feel free to change your time slot to any other available time slot.
You can change your loading slot later.
The location may set a Freeze period in hours before the booked time. When this is reached the slot cannot be changed anymore
In the announcement view each of the lines represent one chamber in your container.
If you can't find your vehicle or container, click Add on the right side of the field.
When satisfied, just click save on the pop-up
If the volume or number of chambers is incorrect, click Edit on the right of the Trailer / Container field to correct the information.
This is saves you time both when announcing- and creating transport orders, as well as when visiting a depot using ONEtobeONE
