Transport order is an agreement to carry cargo from point A to point B. In the ONEtobeONE TMS a Transport order is a container for information like activities, rates and locations.

You can create Transport orders on the [ONEtobeONE platform], import them in bulk with a [spreadsheet upload] and with a direct interface between your tooling and ONEtobeONE.
Transport orders can be created for goods you have sold, goods you have been contracted to carry, and for transport you intend to charter to a third party.
You can create Transport orders through [Orders -> Create] if you are using the Transport or Orders [menu type]

Trips
A transport order may include multiple trips, enabling you to create a transport order where a combination of products is loaded and delivered to various locations.
One trip is created automatically, to add more click the [+] Add trip button below the basic information panel.
A trip requires at least two activities, usually load-unload, but may include more like Pick up - load - put away (for container transportation).
Each activity requires a location and a time window, and you may leave specific references and instructions for each.
You can specify which material is carried for each trip
A transport order created with your company as the contractor can be planned
Instructions on transport orders follow the logic of more generic instructions, but will only be applied to this order.
